Royal Stallions
Event Terms & Riding Safety
Draft — being finalised. This page will hold the participation terms and riding waiver for Dubai Horse Ride 2026. Everyone registering for a riding activity will be asked to agree to it. The questions below are for the club to answer.
Organiser and insurance
- Which legal organisation takes the registrations — Royal Stallions, M11 Stable, or both together?
- What insurance covers riders and visitors on the day? Is any rider expected to have their own cover?
- Will the waiver wording be supplied or checked by your lawyer or insurer?
Who can ride
- For each activity, what are the age, weight, height and experience limits?
- What health questions must riders answer (e.g. pregnancy, heart conditions, recent injuries), and who reviews the answers?
- What riding equipment is required (helmet, boots, body protector), and is any of it provided?
On the day
- What must a parent or guardian do for children taking part (stay present, sign consent, sizes of children allowed on ponies)?
- What medical and first-aid cover will be on site?
- Rules for visitors: pets, drones, smoking, alcohol, areas closed to the public?
Changes, payments and photos
- If any session is paid: what is the cancellation and refund policy, including when the club cancels for heat, wind or safety?
- Can the club change or cancel activities, times or the venue, and how will registered people be told?
- Will participants be photographed and filmed? Should the registration form ask for permission (opt-in) or let people opt out — and is it different for children?
